We specialise in stone, so we don’t handle laminate removal. We recommend
working with a cabinet maker for the removal of laminate surfaces. We are more
than happy to put you in contact with a reputable cabinet maker that will be able to
help you.

We offer a wide range of surfaces, including Crystalline Silica Free (CSF) stone,
porcelain, and natural stones. We’re happy to help you choose the perfect material
for your project.

As a fabricator, we only bring in natural stone as needed for specific projects, so our
showroom has limited samples of natural stone. However, we have plenty of offcuts
for any small project you may have on the go. We are more than happy provide you
with cards for our preferred suppliers in Melbourne where you can explore a wider
selection for larger projects.

Typically, our turnaround time is around 1 to 1.5 weeks from the date of our site
measure and the payment of your deposit.

Once we have all the necessary details, we aim to have your quote ready within 24
business hours. To help us prepare an accurate quote, please provide the following
information, either to our email, or via our website in the top right hand corner.

1. Colour (See our suppliers located on our website)
2. Measurements (For quoting purposes, these don’t need to be 100% precise)
3. Edge details
4. Cutouts (e.g. undermount sinks, top-mounted sinks, power point cutouts, etc.)
5. Supply or Install (If installation is required, please include the installation
   address)
6. Full contact details

If we’re installing the job, we always conduct a site measure to ensure accuracy and
avoid any confusion. However, if you prefer to work from your own drawings, we can
arrange that, but you'll need to sign off on them. In that case, we can adjust the job
to a supply-only service, meaning you would pick up the piece from our factory and
handle the installation yourself.

A supply job means we fabricate the stone piece, and you pick it up from our factory
in North Geelong. This option does not include a site measure, so customer-provided
(and signed-off) drawings OR templates are required.

An install job involves us coming to your site to take measurements, and in most
cases, we will also need templates from you. We then fabricate and install the stone
for you, ensuring everything is done to your specifications.

Yes, we do work with customer-supplied stone. In this case, you would only pay for
the transportation of the stone from the supplier to our factory (if not arranged by
you), along with fabrication and/or installation. While we typically prefer to purchase
the stone ourselves to avoid any confusion or hassle, we are happy to work with
stone that you supply.

We offer a wide range of samples from all the brands we work with. We also have
samples that you can take home and keep, so you can get a better sense of how
they’ll look in your space. For our most popular colours, we even have larger
samples available for you to take home and keep as well

All CSF Stone comes in 20mm thickness, but we can mitre the stone to your
desired thickness by cutting a strip and attaching it to the front and sides etc. giving
the appearance of a thicker stone. Terrazzo typically comes in 30mm, while most
porcelains come in 12mm, though some are available in 20mm.

All CSF stone and porcelain slabs are 3200mm x 1600mm. However, with natural
stone, each slab is unique, so the size can vary from one to the next.
